How can we experience REALITY directly?

Reality = that which “is”, Being, “Dasein” (Heidegger)

• When are we completely present?

• When are we the same as more-than-human-nature?

• What is creating the separation?

• When is that separation lifted?

• What’s the role of language, of art, dance, music?

Answering meta crisis, loneliness, polarisation, mental wellbeing, lack of purpose and belonging.

What if the feeling of being separate is not the whole story of who we are?

How do humans remember they belong to one living, moving wholeness?

A documentary movie that is both research and art — affecting the viewer, reminding us of what we already know on a preverbal level. We are not separate. Did belief that we are separate come when we developed thinking and language skills? Babies don’t experience separateness, neither does it exist in nature.
