One Moving Life

Dear friends,

creating, exploring, dancing, being, loving

These verbs are often mentioned, by me and others, to relate to what is happening, or what is felt as true potential.

In Moving Language we don’t say ‘I create’, but ‘creating is happening’. It is so liberating to no longer identify with the one doing something, to become transparent and allow life force to create through the body and mind that bear our name. To realise that the breath moving through this body is not separate from the breath moving through yours, the trees, the ocean and the entire universe.

To be honest, it can be overwhelming too. In my experience, going this path, so much potential is being unlocked, so much love is dissolving the identified ego, that it can be a bit scary too. But it’s the way to go. The hero’s journey of realising the one undivided wholeness, one moving life, one all-encompassing love.

And it’s not only an inner, individual experience. It’s a poetic exchange with other people – creating, exploring, dancing, being, loving. It’s surrendering to life’s creativity, which far exceeds that of our small individual minds. And being amazed.

Living.
