What does it mean to be me? What is my unique expression? How can I uncover more of my creative potential?
In this retreat we learn to differentiate between the person that we are - with all its inherited and adopted features - and our true nature. We drop layers and find that we don’t have to try hard, invent originality, or force ourselves to be more loving and lovable. Our true nature IS love. Our true nature IS expressing itself in a unique way. We just have to look into what stands in the way. By doing that, we become more transparant and less attached, available for life itself to happen through us. We become more ‘nobody’, and that is so much easier than identify with the person. Life starts being a dance.
Zoe proposes different kinds of practice to go on this deep journey, and transform as an individual and as a group. She is inspired by non-duality, sufism, tantrism, and most of all her own research and experience, as a facilitator, traveler and writer.
Spending time at Amiglia, experiencing the gentle guidance of the place, and the natural unfolding of things, helps us remember how it is to live naturally and with ease.
What participants say about the Uncover Your True Nature retreat:
“There is peace, presence, love, and awareness. There is time for my own thoughts. For reflection. For being present with others and with myself. And peace enough to hear the church bells from Spigno.
Zoe has created a truly unique place and space for people with cravings for inquiry and self-realization. The whole place breathes with Zoe’s feminine presence. However, at Amiglia we are not breathing. Breathing is happening.” - Pernille
“I liked the idea of dancing and also having freedom. As well as learning new things without pressure. It is easy to connect with your true self in this silent place with all the good energy around. I feel very rested and relaxed. I feel more positive about life after the retreat. I'm very grateful to Zoë, Amiglia felt like home. Thanks for the love and acceptance as I am.” - Nayibe
