A Small Exercise
Dear friends,
While life goes on at Amiglia—these past ten days a little less hot than during the unusually long heat wave we had in June—Moving Language keeps moving in me.
What I appreciate about it is that it offers very practical tools to better understand the nature of ultimate reality.
A few days ago, someone sent me a short video by a well-known spiritual teacher, saying that one must leave behind the stories in order to self-realise and be free. Well, yes. I believe everyone on the path knows that—but knowing it doesn’t dissolve our human conditioning, with which we keep getting caught up in our stories.
Moving Language offers me tools to shift from seeing a world of separate objects to experiencing a world of interconnectedness.

In the video I’m sharing with you today, I explain a very simple and powerful exercise that I like to do every day. I take a moment to feel which verbs (which energies) I want to embody—and I write them down. A few times a day, I remind myself of these intentions.
I believe this practice can hold different meanings for different people. For me, it feels like reconnecting and co-creating with life itself. Remembering my unique expression.

By now, I’m no longer the only one doing the 4 verbs a day practice. I love it when you share your verbs with me.
Today, mine are:
playing (again) – feeling – allowing – loving.
So, loving,
Zoë
