What is happening?
Dear friends,
Here is another exercise from Moving Language.
You can do it any time, wherever you are:
Name what is happening with verbs.
To become aware of what is happening.
To see there is no fragmented world.
There is no separate ‘I’.
One of the most powerful observations is:
Thinking is happening.
It’s true almost always.
Realising that—by saying 'thinking is happening'—
makes you instantly come home in the present moment.
During the retreats in October, we will take it a step further.
We will speak in Moving Language only for three days.
Only verb-oriented.
Only undivided moving wholeness.
To come to a deep realisation of our true nature.
