Free Guided Meditation and Moving Language Publications
Dear friends,
Writing is happening. It’s been more than two months since I last wrote a letter to you. Other things were calling my attention — mostly Amiglia and the retreats that took place. And then there was some travelling happening.
It’s all just happening. I don’t have to decide much. I witness myself how events are unfolding, how Amiglia is growing, how new people cross my path, how some things happen and others don’t.
Moving Language
Moving Language keeps on being at the heart of my work and focus. The theme of the May edition of InZIcht is language: it contains two articles written by me — and another is a text of David Abraham that I selected and translated. Of course, I encourage you to order the edition, but I also have the permission to share the two articles I wrote here.

Guided Meditation
Some of the people who came to Amiglia for a retreat asked to hear my voice again after returning home. Yesterday I made a recording of a guided meditation—it’s a Moving Language meditation.
Moving Language Meditation
You can practice this meditation anywhere, as long as you won’t be disturbed for about thirty minutes. Following this meditation will bring you closer to a direct experience of reality, to undivided wholeness. You can do this meditation as often as you like — each time, you will realise a little more how Moving Language shifts your awareness. It may also inspire you to use Moving Language in your own way at other moments, helping you remember your true nature.
You may practice this meditation either sitting down or while walking. Headphones are recommended.
If you feel like crossing my path one of the coming months, chances are you will find me at Amiglia. Find out more about Amiglia and the retreats here.
Loving,
Zoë
