Sometimes the veil is lifted
Dear friends,
I can’t express how grateful I am to be in that place again where I can explore, ponder, explore a little deeper, ponder again, allow inspiration to find me, and eventually create.
As you know, with Moving Language, I investigate how we can experience true reality before it is divided by language — by using language in a different way. To feel separate is our human conditioning. Yet, sometimes we experience a shift, sometimes the veil is lifted, and then we seem to coincide with ‘what is’. We have the experience of being ‘one’ with wholeness. We are one with wholeness all the time of course. It’s just our human conditioning that keeps us away from this experience most of the time.
In the coming months, I would like to talk to dancers, musicians, artists, philosophers, meditators and linguists about just this: when is it that the veil is lifted? When do we experience being one with wholeness, with true reality before we name it?
Going through my archive, I came across some fragments of an interview I made a few years ago in Marseille. Jean Guillon is a remarkable and wise storyteller, with an exceptional laughter. Here are 13 minutes of pure inspiration. He talks about the disappearance of the person (and thus the lifting of the veil), and about his teacher Jean Klein. Enjoy this wonderful expression of life this man is!
As always, I like to allow things to unfold. If you know of people who have inspiration to share about my current research topic, you can reply to this email. (I am also looking for a cameraman or woman to go with me on this journey)
And yes, all the while, Amiglia is thriving. A big part of my gratitude comes from seeing how beautiful people take care of her, while I can withdraw many hours a day behind my little desk in the shade and follow what is calling me.
Much love,
Zoë
