Autumn Retreat in Italy

Dear friends,

Most of the time I am looking for stillness, not deciding and planning about what to do next, but home in the moment, home in my true nature, the place from where everything comes into existence. The more I don’t decide to do anything, the more I become available for life to happen through me. It’s a shift from identifying with the mind and it endless thoughts, to identifying with Life itself, that which only happens in the present moment.

I am writing now from a spacious desk in front of a big window. It’s a place where I am welcome to feel home, where I hadn’t been before yesterday. The world is my home now. Gratitude is my prayer. The traveling is part of my own Nobody’s Dance. The total surrender and trust can be part of anyone’s Nobody’s Dance. It’s a delicious place to be. 

Nobody’s Dance is a practice and a way of living. I am truly thankful to announce there will be another retreat in October in Italy! A week to remember our true nature, and to look at what stands in the way to live our true nature. A week to do self-enquiry and to enjoy being together in the magnificent autumn landscape of Le Marche. Click on the link to find out more.
