Living from Availability
Dear friends,
Living from availability. That could be another way to describe The Dance of Nobody—a life not determined by memory, beliefs, fear, or limitation, but one in which you choose to become more transparent and let life move through you.
In the assumed reality, tied to the form of this character, I want to choose to be deeply present in every moment, to make art in every moment, to be clear in every moment, to be Love in every moment, to create a new world in every moment. This character can only choose. Choose to become more transparent and to allow more free energy, light, from actual reality to flow into the assumed reality. Like a small channel that clears itself by seeing, again and again, that it is not actually someone, but nobody—just presence in this moment. (The Dance of Nobody, p. 16)
What I notice when I live from availability: inspiration finds a willing partner in me to let all kinds of things emerge. My character sometimes finds it exhausting, sometimes wants to stop, sometimes feels “done” and longs to do nothing at all, just wander aimlessly and cry. And because I let that happen too, it never lasts long, and I actually stay in the flow—and inspiration keeps coming… and wants things to emerge again. Waves.
So, the book, of which I received the first printed copy two weeks ago in Amsterdam. It was an intimate and unforced gathering with loving people, entirely in tune with the book. Meanwhile, ideas are already circling about an audiobook, and translations are underway, but for now, you can simply order De dans van niemand at your local bookstore or online here.
Amiglia. This wonderful place keeps unfolding, and keeps surprising me. So much space, light, beauty, and connection with the elements. A place to find rest and inspiration, and to share life. If you’d like to come and get a taste—or let others taste—you can visit the Amiglia website. Or join the give-away on Instagram. (A one-week all-inclusive stay to win!)
The language project. This is where the most beautiful seeds are germinating for me at the moment. Sometimes insights drift in that give me a strange sensation in my ears—as if I’m physically responding to what’s being whispered to me, even before my left brain can fully grasp it. We have one more online gathering before summer, where—after our philosophical detour last time—we’ll return to exploring how this new language mode brings us much closer to the direct experience of actual reality. You can still sign up: Wednesday, June 11, 7:30 PM. In the meantime, I’m also preparing an article and presentation about the language project to share our work at the conference of the International Network for the Study of Spirituality in Northampton (UK).
So, many waves. But when I get overwhelmed, I willingly go under. I simply float for a while, and discover I’ve already been lifted by a new wave. Surrender. I can only let it happen. It’s sometimes exhausting, but to me, it remains the most beautiful way of living—as a human being here on Earth.
Amore,
Zoë
